Exhibition Proposal - Solo Show at Uncool Gallery

We are looking for strong exhibition proposals with a clear body of work, a developed concept, and a thoughtful relationship to the space, context, and artist-run vision of Uncool Gallery. The selected artist will receive: a solo exhibition at Uncool Gallery, a USD 1,000 artist stipend, professional exhibition documentation, promotion and a permanent exhibition archive. In addition, 10 proposals from the open call will be selected for additional visibility through Artsy, Uncool Gallery's social media, and their online archive. Priority application period: August 19-21 offers a lower application fee. Fee waivers are available for artists for whom the application fee would otherwise prevent participation. Project timeframe (from installation to de-installation): November 30–December 13, 2026. Final deadline: October 4, 2026 — 11:59 PM ET. Results: October 8, 2026.
