Point of Contact under the Digital Services Act

Single point of contact for recipients of the service and for Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services (Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065): service@thepending.app. Communication is accepted in German and English.

Content on the Platform that you consider illegal can be reported to the same address, or through the reporting functions in the product. Our notice-and-action procedure is described in Section 3a of the Terms of Use.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. We are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
