Report content you consider illegal to report@thepending.app or through the reporting functions offered in the product. Section 3a of the Terms of Use describes the reporting and review procedure. A user report is not restricted to registered users.
Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under § 36 VSBG. This does not restrict statutory redress for content-moderation decisions.

Responsibility for third-party content and any duties to act on notices are governed by applicable law, including the Digital Services Act. This notice does not exclude liability or promise that every notice results in immediate removal; we assess notices diligently and take the action required.
